Our houses boast modern, clean stylish and quirky interiors. We offer something a bit different than the plain magnolia walls you would expect in other student houses. Our houses have the perfect mix of homeliness and contemporary touches with feature coloured walls and fashionable wallpaper.
We have 20 years experience in owning and managing residential lettings and 11 years experience in shared licensed accommodation for students and professionals.

Something special…
Our very special Epic properties are very popular in Plymouth with students from Plymouth University, PCAD and Marjon University. Each year our houses are usually fully booked within just days of rebooking season opening in October for the following September!
Many of our student tenants don’t just live with us for one year but often stay in our houses for up to 5 years depending on the length of their degree course!
We try to provide homes no houses for our tenants to make their own. We want our tenants to have the best university experience and make many happy memories and friends for life in our houses.
Care and support…
We want to get repairs can be resolved really quickly. We have our own trusted maintenance professionals including qualified plumbers and electricians who specialize in shared accommodation.
We understand how important it is for our students to be in clean , safe and reliable accommodation. To reassure and give peace of mind to both student tenants and parents we comply with all safety legislation. All of our houses have a valid gas safety certificate. This is renewed yearly along with a yearly boiler service. Each house also has a valid 5 yearly period electrical inspection certificate and PAT tests completed by our electrician.
All of our houses have the correct fire alarm systems in place with carbon monoxide alarms, fire doors to kitchens, heat detectors and smoke alarms. Our houses have been inspected and approved by the local council who are happy we meet all the local living and safety requirements and we have all the correct HMO licenses in place.
